You can tell the company genuinely cares about your business.I drive a luxury car and the seat cover matches perfectly with my original interior. So thank you for that!!I want to give this five stars for how clean this product is, but I can’t. This product advertises that the 5pc fits a Chevy Silverado 1500, but it does not. The back seat has no overlap as it should and it just looks trashy without it. However, I do love that it fits the front seats. I will be returning the 5pc and buying the 2pc. Just disappointed the backseat does not fit properly, otherwise a great product. For this reason, I am giving it 4 stars.when i decided to purchase these seat covers i made sure that my car would fit. I followed the video while installing and some of the pieces are not the same as in the video. I believe mine came with a console cover instead of the part that covers the middle head resets in the back seat. Also my seats that i have showed approved for these on the site but they do not have an opening in the back to put the anchor in so the seats won't move when we get out of the car. so now every time i get out of have to fix the seat. It's ok i guess but not for the money i paid for it.NEGATIVE:(FYI: I bought these for my 2018 Honda Civic LX. If you have a 10th Gen Civic, absolutely DO NOT BUY THESE!)1. Photos, product description, and even the instructional video would lead you to believe that the rear mid- seat/armrest cover uses dual zippers to attach to both rear seats. In fact, the WHOLE REASON I was willing to buy these, at this price, was for this one singular feature. Well, let me tell you, THESE PHOTOS, THEIR DESCRIPTION, AND THEIR VIDEO ARE A LIE, and I feel GENUINELY DECEIVED. You can buy any number of lesser-priced seat covers that use VELCRO to secure that mid-seat. DO THAT.2. If your car has a solid rear mid- seat that does NOT fold down into an armrest, do NOT buy these. There is no way to secure the back of the seat cushion, because you can't tuck the hockey-puck-like disc into the seat gap to secure it. I ended up just folding mine under, so it seems to be okay for now.3. Again, with the mid-seat--if it doesn't have it's own dedicated head rest that can separate, there's no way to secure the headrest cushion for that seat.4. The head rest covers for the front seat are poorly designed--they pucker at the top, so you kinda have to really tuck them under and push the headrest all the way down to make them look decent.5. The stitched emblem in the middle just has a 'B' in the middle, which is fine, but underneath that, stitched in all capital letters, is the word 'FASHION'. Why on Earth ANYONE would think someone would want seat covers with the word 'FASHION' stitched in the middle of them is beyond me.POSITIVE:1. They come packaged in a fairly nice large reusable, resealable bag, with handles. I can think of any number of alternate uses for it. It's so large that you could probably fold and pack a mid-sized comforter in it.2. Attaching all of the hooks and pucks to secure the seat covers is relatively easy and straight forward. Installing the seat covers themselves is also fairly easy and straight forward. The front seats do indeed wrap around a full 360° and have pockets in them, too.OVERALL: Deceptive advertising to get you to pay more for something that can be found virtually anywhere else for less. Not really worth the $170. You can get fitted seat covers for your specific model car for the same price.I didn’t receive plastic pieces or hooks to install them had to order separate. So I give it 4 stars. Love the color! I would like the drivers headrest cover to be separate. Installation was easy took about 30 minutes. I own a 2022 Toyota Highlander so it fits well.I really had a tough time installing the hooks by myself but the install wasn’t hard at all. I originally liked the way it fit my front seats, but over time the seats now shift and move when in and out. The bottom sides I realized later don’t fit as well over my seat, and no matter how I adjust it comes over and controls for my seat; so unfortunately the sides are not well fit or loose. Overall I like the look and feel of the seats though. Wouldn't return anyway because 1) past the time frame and 2) I like the seats too much. Wish it was cheaper now dealing with what I’m dealing with though.
