CD Changer Compatibility – If your vehicle has an internal or built-in CD changer, it will continue to function. However, any external CD changer will be disconnected.
USB Connection – Connects USB 2.0 devices such as flash drives, external hard drives, or mass storage devices to the factory stereo for seamless music playback with integrated controls. Allows you to control music through the factory car stereo or steering wheel controls, view track titles (where applicable), and browse by folders.
iPhone / iPod / iPad USB Integration – Connects Apple devices to the factory car stereo via a USB port. Supports music playback, control from the car stereo or steering wheel, and simultaneous charging. Compatible with all iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad models using a Lightning connector. Older Apple devices with a 30-pin connector (iPod Video, iPod Photo, iPod Classic, iPod Shuffle, and iPod Mini) are not supported.
Bluetooth Add-On (Sold Separately) – Enables hands-free phone calls (HFP) and music streaming from smartphones to the factory car stereo. Supports control of music playback via car stereo or steering wheel controls when paired with the GROM Bluetooth Dongle. Compatible with iPhone, Android smartphones, and most music streaming apps.
AUX 3.5mm Connection – Provides an additional audio input for external sources such as DVD players, MP3 players, XM radio, and more. An optional 5V USB charging feature is available via AUX-In 3.5mm and a 5V USB charging cable.
